Crazy that I start school again on monday...

Crazy that I just took finals 2 weeks ago...

Crazy that I took spring and summer classes...

Crazy that I just moved to Provo again...

Crazy that I'm living with a bunch of new roommates...

Crazy that all my friends are going on missions really soon...

Crazy that the last year is over, where on earth did the time go?!?...

Crazy that I turn 20 years old in 75 days...

Life is pretty much crazy... :)

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

I always love this time of year, and everything that comes with it... Shopping for presents, seeing snow (But not driving in it!), going to Temple Square to see the lights, and decorating our entire home.

I'm so glad that I had the chance to come home for Thanksgiving this year - we had a really great time! We invited grandma Hatch as well as grandma and grandpa Trump, and made a very delicious dinner! The day after Thanksgiving, we put up our Christmas tree and all the christmas decorations! It was so great! I love the christmas spirit that the tree and other decorations bring into our home. I had to go to Provo for school right after this (where we really have no Christmas decorations), and it didn't really feel like Christmas, so I'm very glad to be back!

Yesterday I gave Daniel his Christmas present. We went and saw "A Christmas Carol" at Hale Centre Theatre, because he had never been there before, and it is one of my favorite places! Then we rode trax downtown, had lunch at the Gateway, played in an arcade, and then walked around Temple Square to see the lights! They were so beautiful- and it was great to spend the whole night with him. Afterward, we came back to my house, where there was a super fancy Italian dinner waiting for us, and we watched "Sydney White", which was a super cute movie! I'm so glad that I have Daniel in my life, and that we got to do all this stuff together! :)

BYU '09!!

Wow - a lot has happened since I last posted on this. I started my first semester at BYU, I finished my first semester at BYU. I spent tons of time with my amazing boyfriend and roommates. I survived finals week! I came home a LOT and spent time with my wonderful family. This semester has been pretty great! Here are some pictures from my adventures down in Provo...

Graduation

Wow - Is it possible to feel really old at age 18? Feels like it! I can't believe that I just graduated from high school. I really liked high school, I was very involved in choir, productions, and other groups, and I always knew what was coming. For three years, I had the same teachers over and over again, I knew exactly what classes I would have to take, and the cafeteria food was always the same. . .
Now - What has happened to my life?!? I have no idea what to expect next year at BYU (don't get me wrong though, I am very, very excited to go there!). Where did these last few years go, and how in the world am I old enough to graduate? Okay, that's probably enough of that. . . Yesterday I thought I would look at the classes I can take at BYU. Gratefully, some of the requirements have already been fulfilled because of my AP and concurrent enrollment classes. Not enough though! I wish there were even more classes that I didn't need to worry about. There are so many possible classes that I could take at BYU to fill a million different requirements, and I have no idea what i'm supposed to do with so many different options! At least I know I'll be living with my best friend - hopefully we'll be able to make it in this new and crazy life known as COLLEGE!

The World of Blogging

Once upon a time, there was a young girl who was very innocent and unknowledgeable in the world of blogging. Some of her friends had become bloggers, and they told her of the wonderful mysteries and exciting things to do in this new world. One day, she gave in to the pressure and decided to try this crazy and new way of life. So here I am, writing my first post about practically nothing, but hopefully i'll get better at this as I spend more time in the blogging world.
